1. Services Offered

We provide web design, development, SEO, graphic design, content writing, WordPress development, Shopify/e-commerce solutions, course-selling websites, landing pages, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). All projects are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal outlining scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (e.g., websites, content, graphics) as outlined in the project agreement. We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, tools, templates, and proprietary code/designs not explicitly transferred.
  • Trademarks/Copyrights: Clients warrant that materials provided to us (logos, text, images) do not infringe on third-party rights. We are not liable for disputes arising from client-provided content.
  • License: We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments

  • Fees, payment schedules, and deposits will be outlined in your project agreement.
  • Late payments may incur interest (e.g., 1.5% monthly) or pause work until resolved.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in legal action to recover fees and damages.

4. Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
  • No refunds are provided for completed deliverables unless otherwise stated in your contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, business strategies, and sensitive information confidential. A formal NDA may be requested for specific projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for error-free Services but are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
  • Issues arising from client-provided materials, third-party integrations, or post-launch modifications.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients are responsible for payments for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Shopify, WordPress plugins, SEO tools). Clients are responsible for complying with their terms and fees.

9. Website Maintenance & Support

Post-launch support/maintenance requires a separate agreement. We are not liable for downtime, hacking, or data loss after project completion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India/ West Bengal, and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kolkata.

11. Revisions to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
